IMS offers up to four levels of support agreements for each of our product groups. Our support agreements are designed to provide more than an insurance policy, they are designed to proactively prevent system failures providing maximum user availability and uptime. Where possible we take advantage of secure remote access tools for system support allowing immediate response times with economical costs. Where applicable agreements also include ongoing technical and user training. Below is a list of the available support agreements and the details of each type of agreement.
