I’ve been with IMS for over 15 years and have worn several hats. My current role lies in the middle somewhere between service technician and system administrator. Over the years I’ve gained an appreciation for the proactive, head-first approach IMS takes when addressing the endless appearance of new opportunities or difficulties. It’s an approach that serves well in almost any circumstance. Whether it’s pulling wire in a ceiling or designing and implementing security policy, I believe taking the time and effort to research and identify issues before they appear is the key to reaching the desired results in the most effective and efficient manner.
