My entire 37-year career has been in the healthcare industry solving problems with clinical equipment and in later years designing systems to help improve customer efficiencies and/or solving problems. As Director of Technical Support, I have enjoyed empowering others to build a team of gifted individuals to serve the technical needs of our customers. When customer opportunities are brought to me for my input my standing response is always “If you or I were the customer, how would we expect this issue to be resolved”. Over the years this has proven and provided great guidance in building customer relationships.
