I am the Service Manager for IMS and much of my time is spent working with hospitals to determine the best Support solutions for their Patient Security and Real Time Locating Systems. I have been with IMS for 13 years and prior to that I installed fire alarm and security systems. I also served in the USAF for 9 years installing and maintaining Navigational and Meteorological systems, where I got to travel to many different places around the world . I am from West Michigan and have 3 beautiful children that enjoy driving their father crazy….and trust me, they are very good at it.
