Symantec Workspace DCB^TM (Desktop Connection Broker) enables you to optimize the cost of delivering resources to end users. It lets you configure, dynamically and efficiently provision resources based on user profiles. Workspace DCB manages the delivery of:

Protocols (RDP or ICA)
Workspaces (dedicated or shared)
Desktops (custom or host/native OS)

The vendor neutral functionality allows IT staff to deliver the least expensive solution possible to the user based on the user's group in Active Directory. Deliver VDI solutions to your radiologists and attending, but for the remaining portion of your user base (probably as much as 85%), deliver a much more cost effective Terminal Server based solution like Symantec Workspace.
