Client software that resides on each individual workstation and records customizable performace data locally. 1. Can provide real-time status information. 2. GUI (Graphical User Interface) can be accessed from any computer on the network using any standard browser and the workstation name or IP address. Any information that can be obtained locally can be obtained remotely as well. All settings can be changed remotely. 3. Keeps detailed logs of all power-related events. e.g. - When the unit is unplugged and when it is then plugged in again. This can be useful in an area where a high volume of calls comes to the help desk regarding cart run-time. 4.Fully customizable log files allow HIS Support Staff to choose which data is logged and how often it is logged. 5. Can send real-time email alerts when certain thresholds have been reached. Alerts can be set to be sent after a certain threshold has been breached for a customizable length of time. e.g. - Battery Low (below 20%) email can be emailed to the help desk if the battery has been below 20% for more than two minutes. This gives the clinician time to plug in the unit once the low battery beeping starts. 6. Can help detect batteries that are getting less than expected runtimes for proactive replacement. 7. Can send SNMP traps to a pre-existing SNMP Trap Receiver on the hospital network. 8. Can generate a broadcast message to the local machine when certain thresholds are met. e.g. - A popup message will appear on the screen in front of the nurse to warn her that the battery is low. 9. User passwords can be set to allow users access to view the real-time status but not change settings. 10. Can send data to Enterprise Management Software for centralized data control and monitoring. Enterprise software that allows all the individual workstation data to report to a centralized server and be displayed in a graphical format. It includes/allows: 1. Real time monitoring of all workstations on the network. 2. Powerful SQL based database historical log of all workstation events. 3. Can be viewed from any computer on the network with the proper credentials. 4. Includes a GUI that clearly displays the status of all workstations. Innovative Medical Systems.
